New rules

From 2026 until mid-2029, Etnoliga is co-funded by the European Union. This gives us stable funding and new opportunities for growth. It’s very good news – but it also comes with new formal requirements that we did not have before.

Your team

This year, the registration process is different from previous editions: team captains register the team, while players register individually. A team’s registration is complete once at least 12 people have signed up, including four women and representatives of four different nationalities.

What else is changing?

For now, the competition rules remain the same. In line with the regulations, decisions will be made together before the season starts. We will share information about all meetings and consultations on our Instagram and WhatsApp.
