Yes, our programme is completely free, with no strings attached. Providing accessible sports activities for everyone is our mission. We are able to do this thanks to the support of our donors.

The Mobile Clubhouse offers a variety of activities that can be tailored to your community’s needs and the situation on the ground. We bring our energy and sports equipment to organise workouts, tournaments, and other events.

The Clubhouse is also equipped with board games, a TV, a PlayStation, and Wi-Fi, which can be used for a wide range of social and integration activities.

The short answer is: almost any sport! We especially love team sports because they create great opportunities for integration and building connections.

We can organise all kinds of activities, including running, jumping and throwing disciplines, as well as table tennis, chess, badminton, boules, skating, yoga and Nordic walking among others. It all depends on your interests, the space available and the facilities you have access to.

Having access to a local sports field, pitch or track is helpful, but don’t worry — we can always find a way to make it work.

We work with children, young people, adults, and seniors. Age does not matter to us. We are also happy to organise activities for mixed-age groups.

We are open to working with people with disabilities, people experiencing difficult circumstances, and those with specific needs.

We help migrants and people with refugee experience navigate life in Poland. We provide individual consultations and connect people with the right institutions and specialists for issues related to education, employment, housing, healthcare, and administrative matters.

When needed, we can also arrange specialised support, including psychological assistance, mediation, interpretation, and personal assistance services.

We also support schools, municipalities, and organisations in building open and inclusive communities. We offer consultations and training on social inclusion, anti-discrimination, intercultural communication, and conflict resolution.

Our standard programme consists of weekly visits over the course of one semester. However, the schedule can be adapted to your needs and capacity — we are quite flexible.

That said, we are not an event agency, so you cannot simply book us for a one-off event. You can, however, request a preparatory meeting to meet our team, see the vehicle, and discuss possible ways of working together.

This programme is primarily dedicated to migrants and refugees.

If you are a group made up exclusively of Polish or other EU citizens, you can participate by joining a wider migrant community. If you are a city council, school, private company, or another organisation that includes migrants among its members or participants, you are eligible for the programme.

We currently operate exclusively in the Mazowieckie Voivodeship.
